   Dimethylsiloxane mixed ring (DMC) is a kind of dimethylsiloxane mixed ring mainly composed of hexamethylcyclotrisiloxane D3, octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane D4, decamethylcyclopentasiloxane D5 and dodecylcyclohexasiloxane D6, which is prepared from dimethyldichlorosilane as the main raw material, on the basis of the hydrolysate prepared through the hydrolysis synthesis process, followed by separation, cracking and rectification processes, Molecular formula [(CH3) 2SiO] n n=3~6

    Starting from one or more linear, circular and chain type siloxanes, under the action of catalyst, through equilibrium, addition or condensation reactions, linear or cross-linked polysiloxane products with high molar mass can be made, including three categories of polymerization products, such as silicone oil, silicone rubber and silicone resin

Packaging and storage

    Packing specification: 190KG/barrel.

   The dimethylsiloxane mixture shall be waterproof, rainproof, moisture-proof, sun proof and prevent impurities such as acid and alkali from mixing during transportation.

    The temperature of dimethylsiloxane mixture storage site should be 20 ℃~40 ℃, and the thermal insulation and antifreeze work should be done when the temperature is lower than 17 ℃. Under the conditions of packaging, transportation and storage in accordance with this standard, the product has a shelf life of 6 months from the date of production. It can be re inspected after expiration of the time limit, and can still be used when the inspection results meet the requirements of this standard.
