Performance and application

This product is an organic siloxane compound agent, refined with a variety of active additives. It is easy to disperse in the water-based system, effectively reduces the surface tension of the liquid, achieves rapid defoaming and foam suppression effects, and has a good match with various additives. It is widely used in sewage treatment, washing, water-based coatings, medicine, paper making, textile printing and dyeing, and electroplating metal cutting fluid industries to play a defoaming role in the production process. This product is non-toxic and harmless, and is only used in industry. Use this product directly or dilute it 3-5 times with warm water, then add it to the foaming solution and stir it evenly to maximize the defoaming effect. For systems with high foaming temperature (60C), it is recommended to add this product before 60 ℃. According to different systems, viscosities, temperatures, stirring and other factors, generally 1-3% can achieve very effective defoaming effect. The service time should also be properly adjusted according to the actual situation.

Packaging, storage and transportation

This product is packed in 25KG/50KG/200KG plastic drums. If special packaging is required, order in advance.

This product is a non hazardous product. During storage, transportation and transportation, attention should be paid to moisture-proof and various impurities should be mixed in. The shelf life of this product is one year under airtight and room temperature conditions.
